That is the Help section found on the start-up screen of Revit under Resources.From there you can access the Help section and the tutorials.But I have to say those are not meant to be downloaded on your computor and there is no download option to start with. You can of course go around that but that wouldn't be legal.There are several resources and good tutorials online as Constantin mentioned. I would add to those which is basically the complete course given at the University of North Carolina by an awesome Professor/Lecturer J Roh. Its one of the best Turtorials I've ever seen online which covers almost all from basic to advanced to complex Advanced.
